The valance has 9 closed loop ties at the top of the curtain (3.5") which accommodates most rods, knotted & sewn w/7.5" casual tie, fully lined. It is 100% Textured, solid Creme cotton lined w/sheeting fabric; weighted fabric with a soft feel.
